MARSH, John Otho, Jr., a Representative from Virginia; born in Winchester, Frederick County, Va., August 7, 1926; attended the public schools of Harrisonburg, Va.; served in the United States Army, 1944-1947; commissioned a lieutenant at age nineteen, and was with occupation forces in Germany; officer, Virginia National Guard, 1951-1976; LL.B., Washington and Lee University, Lexington, Va., 1951; was admitted to the bar and began law practice in Strasburg, Va., 1952; member, Shenandoah County (Va.)
