Peg's dear friend, Julie Rogers Fox Ashley Pomilia, was with her every day since she went into recession 3 weeks ago. Four weeks ago, I was with Julie and Peg at her assisted living residence and we laughed and laughed. She was always in good spirits. Bless you, Peg. We thank you for all of your wonderful memories.

Julie Rogers Fox Ashley Pomilia post ...

"My dearest friend, Peggy Stewart passed away this morning, just a week before her 96th birthday. Other than my own grandmother, Peggy was the single most influential person in my life that loved me like her own daughter. She was connected with my family for my entire life. She knew and worked with my grandparents in the Westerns at Republic. There will never be another friend like her, and though she lived a long long life, I am so broken-hearted."
