Though small broken bones in neck do occur in strangulation, it is often not limited to homicide. Depending on individual (and age) it does occur in suicides, as well. (NT)Remember, Epstein, 66, did attempt hanging a week earlier, likely weakening his soft tissue.Thursday, August 15, 01:08:25pm
