Subject: If you think a guy who won award for being part of a six-man sound team on a forgotten television miniseries from 1983 is somehow more accomplished than and deserving of a mention than Peter Fonda, you must be out of your mind.

You gotta accept the fact that they can't list everybody.

A sense of proportion is necessary. This is an award ceremony with a brief mention of notables who have passed....not an obituary ceremony that happens to give out awards....

True, Fonda as a nominee had the priviledge to be honored. But we can ALL agree that the WINNERS, those honored with the award for their field of merit and accomplishment, should have all been publicly acknowledged. (NT)As mentioned above, the 17 winners omitted, would have a ridiculously minimal 80 seconds to the broadcast.Monday, September 23, 02:22:47pm
