Subject: TCM dedicated their Silent Sunday episode yesterday to the original Little Rascals and spoke much of Hal Roach. Did not realize that the early Rascals were silent from early 20's.

Very interesting all that he did for silent/early talkie comedy.

There is a 1992 book (by Leonard Maltin/Richard Bann) that is quite comprehensive on the series ... and Hal Roach died at age 100 later that year. (NT)Ed TraceyMonday, June 22, 01:11:43pm
