I remember back in the 1980s, we would go Celeb House hunting, and impressed me that Reiner lived in the Beverly Hills "flats" area not in the gated hills. His house was 50 ft from the curb, ungated, not even a picket fence. The one day we went by his Rodeo Dr. house, we also went by neighbor Gene Kelly's house on the corner -the next day it burned down (Xmas tree fire)! -Anyway Carl died peacefully in his house. ... theChroniclerWednesday, July 01, 01:25:56pm
