I know they left out Jon Whiteley (The Little Kidnappers). Someone else mentioned Kobe Bryant...not sure how I feel about that for TCM but whatever.

Why do they ALWAYS release a list before year's end, and inevitably significant losses come AFTER it's published, and before ALL later deaths are tallied!? (NT)Nice effort, but can't they wait until New Years??Wednesday, December 16, 05:17:05pm
Charlie Daniels MissingDavid S.Thursday, December 17, 08:46:04am

I tend to agree that this song chosen both sucks AND blows. I know they try to get artsy at times with these TCM memorials songs, but this one is too much. The lyrics are from Robert Frost poem, but who put it to this wonky music, I do not now. (NT)But I will say, the LIST of the honored dead was very inclusive this year.Thursday, December 17, 12:03:40pm
Glad they included Paula Kelly and Peggy Pope. Two of my favorites. (NT)DannyLouisvilleThursday, December 17, 01:31:22pm
Speaking of which, any chance CBS Sunday will wait till Jan. 3 for their list? (NT)Or will it be on the 27th of Dec.?Thursday, December 17, 04:08:40pm
I loved Alex Trebek, but he stood out as not belonging on this list (NT)RolandFriday, December 18, 12:49:54pm
Just realized they also left out stuntman Ernie Orsatti (NT)Poseidon Adventure, Towering Inferno, etcMonday, December 21, 04:38:19pm
