I am in favour of this method too and as you rightly point out it is extremely embarrassing. A pair of thin cotton underpants doesn't give much protection, but why offer any protection at all? Spanking is supposed to be a shameful experience and being bare adds greatly to this effect. I personally take my lad's underpants off for him which I feel symbolises my authority over him. I wanted to know, what is the situation right now? how often do you need to spank him? Also, I understand that like many mothers you consider embarrassment as a major part of the punishment, and this is why you punish him bare in front of the family, am I right? Do you also give him a lecturing in front of everyone after he is striped? if so, I was wondering, did he ever developed an erection in this situation? We even had a family meeting on if we should stop spanking and do other punishments. All members voted for spankings, even knowing spankings will be bare,every time,without complaints. I only had a sister, but my husband and his brother had to undress in front of them and go in the back of the property and cut a switch. Then they were punished in front of their sisters. There was just my sister and I, but we had to be fully nude too and we had to remain that way usually for most of the day. All our punishments were administered on a weekend. The boys get it much worse because we are much worse behaved I guess. I don't mind my brothers watching so much but I do mind the girls seeing everything, especially like that. And I hate the way that position opens me up because it hurts SO much more that way ... not even kidding sometimes I have to hold a pillow over my face and yell into it. Spanking involves the buttocks, bare or not. You must avoid striking male or female genitals AND the anal region. This can also lead to dysfunctional behavior in the young teen.
