Hey,

to answer part of your question, some theists think that God exists inside of time and some think he exists outside of time.

I read one in my philosophy of religion class, an author named Swinburne. He claims that God exists INSIDE of/within time.

If God were OUTSIDE of time he would know all of the choices you would make in advance, or already, since time would not be a confinement for him.
