There were two occasions I remember when I did this.

The first I didn't specifically ask for a spanking but I did confess to misbehavior that I would have gotten away with knowing I'd be spanked. I was 8 and had been left at my friend's house for the day being looked after by his Mother who was also a good friend of my Mum. She was quite soft, unlike my Mum and I was cheeky to her during the day and generally a bit of a brat. When Mum came and picked me no report of my misbehavior was made. I guess I hadn't been any naughtier than she allowed her own children to be without being punished. However, I knew that kind of backtalk and disrespect would have earned me a painful trip over Mum's knee if I had done it at home. I felt a bit guilty and then even worse when at home Mum praised me for being good when I knew I hadn't been. It was this that made me decide I had to confess and take my medicine. A couple of hours later as Mum was putting me to bed I'd built up my courage and confessed to her how I had actually behaved that day. I was told off then sent to fetch the slipper. When I returned Mum pulled my pajama bottoms down, took me over her knee and gave me a hard bare bum spanking with the slipper.

On the second occasion I actually asked to be spanked. I was 13 and my parents had started using grounding sometimes. I had a week grounding but on the last day there was a football match that I was desperate to go to with my friends. I first asked Mum if I could go to the match but be grounded the following day instead, she laughed at this and said I should have behaved myself then I wouldn't be grounded. The day before I wanted to go so much I asked Mum if I could have a spanking off her instead of the last days grounding. Mum said she would think about it and a bit later I was called to the living room where Mum said she would replace the last day of the grounding with a spanking but that I should know she wasn't going to go easy on me and it would be the slipper on my bare bum. I agreed and after Mum got the slipper from the draw I pulled my trousers and underpants down and bent over the arm of the couch as she told me. She gave me about 20 hard spanks which left my bum sore and stinging.

I did once when I was 13. I'd scratched my Dad's car when getting my bike out of the garage. For whatever reason my little brother was blamed and I heard he was being taken to my Dad's study to be caned. I couldn't let him be punished for my crime so I went knocked on the door and told Dad that it was me. Luckily I got there before the caning had started. I took my brothers place and was given 12 strokes with the cane.
