I didn't want to miss this and told my Mum that I would much prefer a spanking if she agreed. As she was 12, I decided to ground her for two (or three, I forgot) weekends, but she cried and wanted a spanking instead. I warned her twice that a spanking at her age was a severe, painful punishment and that she would not have a second choice, but she insisted twice. I gave her 12 smacks with a big beachball paddle, on the bare bottom. After 8 strokes, the sting and burn got too bad and she asked to stop, wanting to take the grounding, but I remembered her our agreement and made sure the last 4 counted.
