 When I was visiting a friend or staying over at their house their parent's would spank me if I misbehaved and it was always given on my bare bottom it was also given bare by babysitters when they spanked.

It wasn't bare butt, but over underwear rather. It was by family friend who I was with at the time. Her daughter was a year older than me. We both got in trouble and I can remember my pants coming down but that is it.
