The tornado that hit Joplin on Sunday evening, destroyed Lauren Alumbaugh's home and car. Thank God, she and her roommates were not injured and are safe. Let's keep Lauren in our thoughts and prayers.

I spent 30 minutes cleaning up this Board tonight. The computer sales spamming is really getting old. I am banning these repeat offenders from re-accessing this Board. That should help.

However if it doesn't improve I will have to turn the Capcha option again (where you enter the provided code to post). This prevents the computer spammers from randomly clutttering up the Board.

Please bear with me. I only monitor the Board in the morning and again at night. I will do my best to stay on top of it.

Thanks!

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=280645759978

This gown won a state USA pageant. It was custom-made by Tony Bowls and has been worn 3 or 4 times. It is a vibrant bubblegum pink.

The sparkle of this dress under lights is incredible! Each flat-back rhinestone is hand sewn. There are a few loose and missing, but there is zero chance anyone would be able to notice from stage. There is also some tanning residue on the inside of the dress, but again from stage - the glitz and fit of this gown are what take everyone's breath away.

Both wearers of this dress were 5'10 but the slit and train allow a wide range of heights for this gown. Women who are not quite this tall can enjoy a long elegant train.

The slit on the dress is currently tacked for modesty reasons, but can easily be undone.

Originally, the dress cost about $2600. More photos are available upon request.

Hey gang! I just moved to MO and am a former MAO state competitor. I'm too old to compete now, but I'm looking for a local pageant to attend. I live in Kansas City and I saw on the state website that Miss KC was this weekend, but unfortunately, I'll be in Iowa this weekend. What about the pageants on the 26th of February? Are any of those near the KC area?

Did anyone else see Lauren McCreight (MO OT 09)on Americal Idol this week? Looks like she auditioned in Nashville. Althought she was not filmed singing (that I saw), she was shown in a humorous moment: (showing the judges how she can touch her tongue to her nose)

I wonder if she was advanced to Hollywood? Did anyone see at the end when they flash through the contestants that advanvced? She is an awesome vocalist. I can see where she could make the cut!

Curious.....
