Think it's clear that United States needed someone new here in the Midwest." on 22:05:24 10/25/15 Sun He was supposed to be the state director for Nebraska in which I purchased a local title from him. Said the sash would arrive in early November, but after a phone conversation discovered that the sash order has not been sent out yet. Confirmed with the national office that he is not authorized to hold the Nebraska directorship. Sadly I was referred to talk to him from the former director concerning the local title.
