Illinois hasn't gotten it right since Stacie Juris! Lexi Atkins was MIA during her entire reign. ZERO APPEARANCES. How embarrassing to sit in the sudience and watch her headshot plastered on the screen during her farewell. She did NOTHING and expected to place at Miss USA?
