Subject: Amalia made (and then didn't follow) her own rules. Her inability to adhere to MAO's rules is why she was shown the door. I'm sure it's more comfortable to take a victim's position and say that she was just enforcing the rules to a vicious, bitter group of people, but no one can be expected to know, much less follow, rules that regularly change at the whim of an unstable "boss." Plus, it is ultimately the "boss" who sets the tone for the "workplace." All quality leaders know that. If there was rule-breaking, bitterness, paranoia, malice, etc, those things were cultivated by the "boss." Additionally, you may be able to shed negative light on some (or all) of the people on that panel, but none of that makes what they said untrue. | |
