So why do you think he needs any special consideration for punishment? Does his disability affect his ability to understand or abide by rules? Perhaps giving him a little more slack because he deals with something others don't, might be helpful, but he still needs discipline.

Based on what you've written, I don't see why you can't just discipline him as you would discipline any kid.
