Hey PJ and The Herd,

We would like to make a request that on Monday, March 5 that you give Brother Mark W. a good birthday spanking on his l6th birthday on our behalf with brotherly love to help him "celebrate!"

Of course, the "Birthday Boy" needs to have his birthday spanking given to him on his bare butt, like he received his first birthday spanking on March 5, l996, by the doctor who delivered him.

If you like, for the "ONE TO GROW ON" you may deliver that lick with his wooden paddle that is used to discipline him when needed!

This request is in return to the "request" by your Herd that was carried out to Mark the Athlete when he had his l6th birthday on Feb. l9, 2012, and you requested that he received a Birthday Spanking to his bare butt and "one to grow on" with his discipline paddle.

Will your HERD be accompanying Mark W. to the Drivers License Bureau when he applies for his Drivers License?
