What you've listed are the practical reasons to wear a girdle. All are very valid, and most women would definitely wear a girdle for these types of reasons. On the other hand, myself and I think many of the men on this forum are wearing a girdle for the pure pleasure of it. I enjoy knowing that I'm in a girdle and I adore the way it feels.

JP recently received a new girdle and liked it so much he slept wearing it. Not for practical reasons but because he just enjoyed wearing it. It's all part of that fetish thing most of us have.
