She had on a pair of black bikini panties that covered the center portion of butt which I pulled down. I gave the decadron in her right butt cheek first. She jumped as the needle went into her bottom. I grabbed her left butt cheek and squeezed her left butt muscle and jabbed the 18g needle up to the hub and hse screamed out it hurt and she started to tear up up I gave her the first shot of bicillin. I slowly massaged her hip and waited a couple of minutes and told her one more to go. She asked if it was necessary and I told her it was. I then grabbed a handful of her right butt cheek and repeated the same. Afterwards I told her she could lay there a few minutes and again massaged both her butt cheeks. She got up and puilled up her panties and slacks. I told her I was sorry and she said you were only doing your job.
