I came into the room carrying 2 small 600,000 units tubex of bicillin. She watched as I screwed the first one into the metal holder. I said okay lie flat on your stomach please and point your toes inward. Where is it going in your butt. She laid on the table and I pulled down her gym shorts. I rubbed her left heek with the alcohol swab and then qickly jabbed the 18g needle into her butt. She screamed out that it hurt as i slowly injected. She started to get up and I said one more on the other side. I gave her a minute to compose herslef and then stuck her in the opposite side and injected. She was crying as I applied bandaids to her injection sites. I massaged both sites for a few minutes before she got up. She limped out of the office. She was nauseated and said her throat was very sore. I did the rapid throat culture and gave her some tylenol for her fever of 102.5. I said you know what you need don't you? She said I know a shot of penicillin. Those damn things hurt so bad she said. I told her I was good and it would be too bad. She said you just want to see my naked buns. I said I can't give you a shot through your scrubs. She said okay give me a shot. I said I am going to give you 600,000 in each cheek so it won't hurt as bad. Whatever she said. I went and got 2 tubex's out of the frig. I came back and we talked for a few minutes letting them warm up. Se watched as I loaded the first into the metal tubex holder. her eyes got big when I uncapped the first 18g needle. She tunred around untied her scrubs and let them drop to the floor. She bent over the table and flexed her right leg. I massaged her butt cheeks a few times and buried the needle deep in her firm butt. She grabbed the table and grimaced as I slowly injected th first dose. I pulled out the needle and she stood up grabbed her butt and started to rub the spot. I reloaded the tubex and said one more to go. She leaned over and I shot her in the other cheek. She had a little blood streak across her white bottom. I wiped off each area and placed bandiads on the sites. She pulled up her panties and scrubs and tunred around. She had tears in her eyes. My ass aches she said. I said lay acroos the bed for a moment and I placed my hands down her scrubs and slowly massage her butt. After a few minutes she said it is hurting less now.

I was surprised when she said okay. Do you mind giving it to me after work. I told her no. Before I left I got 2, 1.2 million units of LA bicillin. I drove over to her house and she let me in. I told her normally we give a patient 2.4 million units, but since she was small I would give it to her in 2 doses. I asked if she had ever had penicillin and she said not since I was a young kid. She watched as I screwed the first tubex into the metal syringe. We went into her bedroom and she took off her scrub pants. She had on tiny pair of pink panties that covered the center portion of her buns. I pulled them down to her knees. I cleaned a spot on the left cheek and I said big stick as I inserted the 18g needle into her hip. She said a few choice words as I started to slowly inject the thick medicine. She had tears in her eyes asking me to wait a few minutes. She looked over her should and saw a tiny blood trail running down her hip. Was that pencil you jammed into my ass? I showed her the needle and said it is large. I massaged the left cheek for a few minutes. I said one more. This time I am going to smack you twice before I stick you. It should help with the stick.
