I was at Hot Shot's yesterday eating lunch an dmy waitress was a super model. Tall blonde about 5 ft 11 and long legs. Her blonde hair came down to her butt. She took my order and came back over and sat down and talked. I asked her what happened to her arm and she said she scraped it on a nail while on her deck at her apartment. She told me it was red and swollen. My office is next door so I told her on her break to come over and let me look at it. I unwrapped it and it was infected. I cleaned it up, applied some ointment and new dressing. She could not remember her last tetanus. She kept asking how much is this going to cost. I told her a couple of injections. It's my practice I told her. I said a booster and shot of antibiotic both in your butt. She said I am 19 and cant remeber a shot in the butt. I told her this would be the day to remember. She got up on the table and laid face down and pushed down her tiny shorts and panties. I drew up the 250 mg rocephin the whole time admiring her beautiful little backside bare. I gave her the booster shot first and she said that was not bad. Then I grabbed a handful of her other hip and squeezed it several times before placing the needle deep in her butt. She cried out in pain as I slowly injected. I pulled out thenedle and wiped off the blod from her bottom and placed a bandaid on the site. She pulled up her shorts and walked around the room rubbing her backside. When I came in today for lunch she waited on me and told me her bottom was still pretty sore.
