My new neighbor was outside cleaning out her flower bed when she stepped on a nail in a board in the tall weeds. I heard her yell out and I went over to see if I could help. I told her my name and that I was a nurse. She said I stepped on this damn nail. I told her let me look at it. We went inside her house and she got me some peroxide, bandaid and bacitracin. When I was in 9th grade. I said you really need one and probably an antibiotic injection. Great. I just started at the bank and I don'y get insurance for another month. I went to her house last night and knocked on her door. I set the two syringes on the coffee table. She said 2 shots. One is the tetanus and the yellow one is rocephin an antibiotic since the nail was rusty and dirty. Let me guess I get that one ibn my ass? Well since you have to get the one in your cheek the tetanus hurts a lot less in your other cheek. I just met you and I have to show you my butt. No I told her you can go to the ER and get these. No. She had me follow her back to her bedroom. She sat down on the edge of the bed and removed her boots. She then stood up and turned around and unzipped her blue dress and let it fall to the floor. She had on a very tiny bra that exposed her firm breasts. She aslo had on a pair of see through blue bikini panties that ony covered the center of her cheeks, She laid acorss the bed and I wasted no time slipping down her panties. I pinched her firm left cheek and placed the needle deep in her hip and gave her the tetanus shot. I picked up the other syringe and placed my hand firmly on her right cheek and buried the 20g needle deep in her butt. i otld her this burns a little as I slowly injected. Afterward I worked it into her muscle. Shit that burned she said as she got up and pulled up her panties and put on a pair of shorts.

My neighbor across the street came over this morning and asked if I could give her fertility shot since her husband was out of town on business. I will be home after 4 if you don't mind. I just went over to her house and knocked on the door. When she answered the door she was wearing a long white blouse and bare foot. As I was following her I could just barely see the bottoms of her butt cheeks. I hate these, but this is the only way I can get pregnant. She went to the refrigerator and took out the syringe. She handed me some emla cream and raised up her blouse. can you put some on my right hip. I pulled down her red panties and rubbed some of the cream onto her firm white butt cheek. I put a bandaid on the site and we waited for the 20 minutes. She offered me a beer. I hope this is not embarrising you. I spoke with my husband and he is fine with you giving me the shot. I went to a doctors office one time and the nurse there was just so mean. She told me to bend over and rammed the needle in my butt. After we finished our beer and she said I guess it is time to get it over with. She goes over to the couch and pulls off her red panties and lies down on the cpouch and flips up her blouse. She has this cute firm white bottom with a dimple in each butt cheek. I can see where the needle stick would be a little painful. I weigh a 118 so there is not much muscle back there. I pulled off the bandaid and wiped off the cream and cleaned the spot. MY husband usually gives me a good whack on my ass just before he sticks. I squeezed her cheek twice and slapped it just before placing the 18g needle deep in her butt and then I slowly injected and pulled out the needle. I put a bandaid on the spot. I have had five of these and that was the best yet. Nothing agaisnt my husband but I am going to have you give it to me as long as I need it. He cringes each time he has to do it. She got up and slipped on her panties and saw me out.
