Another option is I give half in each cheek. You are pretty thin and that would help. I only weigh 110 pounds. He came back with two small syringe. He pulled up my short blue dress above my waist to discover I was not wearing any panties. I felt him grab my right cheek ,squeeze and then the stick of the needle. He slowly injected and at first it was not bad. He pulled out the needle and began to work the medicine into my muscle. Then I felt the dull ache start. I said you are good. This time he slaps me twice on the left cheek and gives me the shot. I did not feel the stick or the injection. MY left cheek is still stinging from the slap. As he rubs both cheek I asked why he slapped my butt. He told me it dulled the needle stick. I said it sure did. I got up and then I could feel the ache in both of my ass cheeks. I walked around the room rubbing my bottom. I do believe I liked it better when you were working it into my muscle. I spent another 20 minutes bent over with him working it into my bare bottom. I don't remember what it was exactly, but the injections were extremely painful. Although almost adult at the time, I was at a verge of crying and I found it very difficult to sit down for many days. He took me back to rapid triage and signed me in. The doctor came in and looked at my throat and ears and ordered a rapid strep and chest x-ray. He told Tom give her 10mg decadron too. He pulled up my pants and I limped around the room until I went to x-ray. After I came back from x-ray I was told I had an ear infection and early pneumonia. The doctor said he was going to give me a z-pack and a shot of rocephin. I looked over at Tom and said let me guess that goes in my butt too. After the doctor left I asked Tom if I promise can you come over tonight and give me that shot. My butt is still too sore now. So tonight he is going to come over and give me my shot. One more to go. I braced my self for the second one. Do you want me to slap it or not? yeah. Two more slaps to my left cheek and the stick and burn. Needless to say he spent the night massaging my very tender bottom. A sore throat was always the first symptom in my youth and, as it was the era of penicillin shots, I always regarded the treatment as merely exchanging a sore throat for a sore bottom.
