Does it embarrass you for others to know you have been injected in the bottom?

Whilst it always excites me to see an attractive young lady gingerly rubbing her sore buttock as she emerges after getting an injection, I am reluctant to do the same or anything else to indicate that I got shots back there. Inasmuch as I am usually instructed to wait outside for a few minutes after my treatment, however, the receptionist often asks in the presence of waiting patients if I can sit down from my injection(s). Even if she doesn't ask, any difficulty in sitting on the tender site makes it obvious to all where I had my shots and I feel humiliated at the thought of them visualising me with my bare bottom vulnerable to the needles. Even when I later merely mention having got an injection, the usual question is "where?" but worst of all is when I get it in a cubicle merely screened-off from the waiting room so everybody can hear the nurse tell me to drop trousers, pull down pants and bend over.

Although I thoroughly enjoy the painful embarrassment of getting buttock injections from beautiful nurses, I don't like others to know about me getting shots back there (except for pretty girls in the hope they might reciprocate by telling me about their own similar experiences).

Anyone else feel the same?
