For some even as little as 0.5 cc seems to be "killing". I believe this, I know they tell the truth in terms of how they feel it. But it completely doesn't work on me. I made myself numerous sterile water injections expecting pain, but the only side effect was a mild muscle trembling. No pain of any sort, although I injected up to 5 cc by a single shot. I only tried up to 2 cc sterile water until now (I plan to try more) but yes, no pain, no sting, just some weird muscle twitching/trembling and some kind of dull "feeling" (I can't even call this a pain) for about maybe 15 minute afteward.
