Last night I was in the gym working out after my shift in the ER. This really cute blonde was working on the ab machine and everytime she did her crunches he tight black pants dropped revealing her red thong and a portion of her tight ass. After she finished on that machine she went over to the sled and was applying weights when she dropped one of them on her foot. I went over and she was sitting on the floor holding her foot. I told her I was a nurse and took off her show and sock. The top of her foot was red and she had a small abrasion to the top of her foot. I suggested she get an x-ray. I don't have time to wait. I told her i work there and I will get you in and out. I put her in a wheel chair and wheeled her next door to the ER. I got her signed in and ordered an x-ray of her foot. She was nauseated and in a lot of pain when the PA saw her. Give her a shot of Zofran, toradol and a tetanus. That sounds like 3 shots she said. I don't do well with shots. I promise to be easy. All of them go deep in your butt muscle. Well you have to have the tetanus but you can skip the other two. NO I trust you she said. I drew all three injections up and told her to lie down on the gurney and i pulled down her tight black pants and thong. her butt cheeks were round and firm. She jumped when I gave her the first injection. I pinched a handful of her butt and injected the Zofran which made her cry out. As i poked the last needle into her cheek I told her to breath deep and slow. She had tears in her eyes when I finished. I slowly rubbed the medication into her bottom and pulled up her thong and pants. She said that felt good when you were working that into my butt. Can you come by and do that a little longer. When we got to her place she took off her shoes and removed her black pants and laid across my lap. I slipped her thong off and spent the next few hours just squeezing and rubbing her tight bottom. I actually am going to be seeing her again tonight. Love my job

I was working out last night after I got off in our gym. This hot blonde was walking on the treadmill in front of my in a pair of red nylon shorts. As she walked I could see the perfect outline of her cheeks. After she finished on the treadmill she went over to the weight machines and started to work out there. She was placing the weights on sled when she dropped one on her foot making her scream out. I went over and told her I was a nurse and I had her sit down on one of the benches and took off her shoe and sock. She had a laceration to the top of her foot. I told her she would need a few stitches and I walked her over to the ER. I put her in one of the rooms and triaged her. The doctor came in and put four stitches in her foot. When is your last tetanus and she said I don't know and he said tonight. I came back with the small syringe and closed the door. Where does that go she asked and I told deep in your butt cheek. She stood up and turned a round. I pulled down her red shorts exposing that tight butt of hers. She was not wearing any panties. I stroked her left cheek a few times and darted and slowly injected. Afterward I squeezed her cheek a few times working the medicine into her bottom. You might just have to take me out for dinner tonight and I told her I would be glad too.
