 Yeah, I had to get shots like that in the military. Four at a time bending over a table before being deployed overseas.

I'm not surprised they did it that way for you, especially if ex military were involved in planning. The army knows how to do some things well, and organizationg mass injections is one of them. I'm guessing bending over is better because it's easier to do it that way and it gets you walking right away. I've only had one shot in the ass lying down, and was pretty young at the time.

the mil. was very coordinated--you formed a line naked--you got blood pressure checked--then blood sample drawn-next you walked forward between 2 medics which each gave you a shot in the arm at the same time-then you stepped forward and got a shot in each butt cheek at the same time by 2 more medics--you then received cloths & were sent to the barracks to relax the rest of the day
