My wife and I have been seeing a naturopathic doctor this past month. She tried to get me to try B12 shots. I was reluctant at first because honestly, I haven't had a shot of any kind in a long time, and wasn't crazy about getting one. My wife decided to give it a try the other day, so I reluctantly took the plunge and agreed to get one. They have a nurse named Blake. Everyone says she gives the best shots in the world when it comes to not hurting much. I was okay until I found out they give this shot in your butt. I didn't want to show Blake my ass because she's a beautiful girl. My wife went first, baring about half her buttcrack. The shot was quick. My wife said it stings a little. A spot of blood popped up where the puncture wound was. Blake put a bandaid on it. My heart started racing because I was now next. My wife and Blake both chuckled because they knew I was nervous and embarrassed. I didn't know much about hypodermic needles until after the fact. But Blake was using a 22G needle, 1- 1/2 inches long. It looked huge, but apparently a standard size for giving injections. She had me bend over the exam table like my wife did. I undid my pants with the intention of holding on to them by the belt. The belt slipped out of my hand and they fell all the way to the floor. My wife sniggered, but at least my drawers didn't fall all the way down. Blake got the band of my underwear and lowered them in the back much lower than she did my wife. My ass felt totally exposed at this point. I closed my eyes in an attempt to take my mind off the embarrassment....wondering what was going through the collective CFNM minds of two women looking at my naked ass. My wife has seen my ass every day since we've been married.....11 years ago. I tried to remind myself Blake is a registered nurse that sees lots of naked men's butts. I felt her rub cool alcohol in a circular motion on the upper outer side of my right butt cheek. She said "okay, deep breath".....I felt a small pin prick, then a dull aching sensation as Blake applied a cotton ball where she just jabbed me. I told my wife "that didn't sting". Blake said "kind of aches though doesn't it", as she applied a bandage to my still naked bottom. I pulled my drawers up to regain my dignity. My wife was already setting us up another appointment for the next shot when I suddenly got a weird metallic taste in my mouth. I told Blake, and she smiled as said "yes, that also happens. You can actually taste it sometimes for a few minutes until it spreads out in your system." As we walked out to the car, I asked my wife if she got jealous with Blake looking at my butt. She said "we'll she's only seen several hundred."
