Subject: O'Donnell Winter Feis

The O'Donnell Winterfeis has been granted a one time ruling by the ECR executive to keep the even age groups in Open Championships for our 2012 feis due to our syllabus being approved and released prior to receiving the information of the 2012 changes. We will however, be adding Open Championships Under 9. All under 9 dancers who have already registered for under 10 will be moved to the new age group within the next couple of days. As per the new ECR rule, this age group will not be combined with Under 10 should there be 5 or less competitors entered.

Efeis will be updated by noon tomorrow to include Open Championships Under 9 and our website http://www.odonnellirishdance.com will be updated tomorrow night. We will also be updating the following pages - Competition Numbers, Competitor List and Adjudicators & Musicians.

It has also come to our attention that anyone who registered on Efeis prior to 8:00 am on November 28, 2011 was not charged the $20.00 Family Fee. I will be contacting you in the next weeks to inform you of the options you will have to pay the $20.00 Family Fee. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
