I agree with CR....Gate, such a classy post, but I am not surprised as it seems that you live for this type of stuff, so sad. I guess if I had the opportunity/care I would compare you to something much worse.

Truly hope you are not an alum, if so you are a poor representation for the university.

would agree...Coach Davis was (and is) a class act and did a good job as The Gate's head b-ball coach...I was frankly surprised at his firing and wish him all the best (except when playing 'Gate) in the future...

He was a very good recruiter at Navy, and I thought he did a good recruiting job at Gate.

Davis won almost 46% of his games for The Gate...I don't see anyone in our list of recent coaches (c. 50 years) much better...
