What happened to the Illinois and Wisconisn pageant? I thought the Midwest directors Shelly Genaro and Katie Maskey took over that pageant? If this is true what a shame. Illinois was always a great pageant and always had some fierce competitiors in the years Stephanie Pillar directed. Then how are girls from Illinois competing if this is true? What I really want to know is how there is no Illinois pageant. It was being advertised on the Illinois Facebook page & Midwest Facebook page that Illinois was still taking applications for this years Illinois pageant. There is no director listed for Canada on the international website... or a Canadian website anywhere to be found. Where did you get this info? Yes, Canada had two in Mrs (NA and Canada) and one in Ms (NA who won the Ms division) last year but I believe they went on their own at large... but I could be wrong. Subject: why isn't the national site updated with features of the new queens? its been 6 months. Facebook only "updates" pictures of the day and rarley those of the new queens. Just concerned. The Miss and Ms gallery is still from 2011. Discouraging to future contestants.

I asked the same thing two months ago (read a few posts below) but my question has been ignored... nobody knows. Her excuse is that she has a day job - but... most pageant directors do but find a way to make regular updates!!!! That's crazy talk!! Maria has been making updates upon updates on the facebook page. She's even made comments about "confirming the 2013 location and accepting delegate applications." She has also posted there have been a few minor things added to the website and more is to come. She is really on her game this year. Seems like she's giving Galaxy the attention it deserves! Subject: why isn't the national site updated with features of the new queens? its been 6 months. Facebook only "updates" pictures of the day and rarley those of the new queens. Just concerned. The Miss and Ms gallery is still from 2011. Discouraging to future contestants.

Her excuse is that she has a day job - but... most pageant directors do but find a way to make regular updates!!!!
