Subject: While I understand what people are saying about "state quality" photos --respectfully, if you are competing on a budget (and most of these ladies are), having someone provide your photo is a blessing as it's one less expense. And, since it's not judged, is not an area I would choose to put limited funding. It's better to put that cash toward a gym membership or a talent costume or extensions....something that will go toward a better score. If you have the $ - great - but a photo is not going to get you the crown.
