That may have been true in the past but if you were almost at your peak or there pre covid, then the covid years wiped that out for many girls! (NT)my view

    Lol, if anything, because of Covid, older girls got involved. I know some who placed well, took a couple years off and then Covid made them take an extra year off, and now they were left with two years to compete. And personally, I know at least 7 women who got involved at 25/26. Back when Grace Stanke just won, Miss America dolled up her in a beauty chair and made a post of “bring back the four points” AND “raising the age limit to 28 because 48% of women hold college age debt and this would help them with their post graduate degree”.
