Subject: No one is saying they shouldnt' use birthdates as a cutoff. We're saying they shouldn't use state pageant dates as a cutoff

If you are x age by the dance competition date, you are in y category; if you are x age by the start of school, you are in y grade; if you are 18-27 by the time your state pageant occurs, you compete. It's the same thing. (NT)No name
