Author: graffiti
Subject: Vandalism is actually prevalent in the Philippines. I've seen a lot of graffiti especially in the bigger cities. They are trying to imitate that taggers in America but the sad thing is Filipinos cannot afford to fix or clean up what has been vandalized so those eyesores remain eyesores forever or until some good politicians or some rich person donates money for the clean up.
