Subject: Very interesting point Mr. Johnny...what does the law say anyway for felony convictions abroad barring anyone to run for any government position? On the other hand, with or without a law prohibiting anyone from running....is "delicadeza"still being practiced?
In reply to: for a cleaner Manila 's message, "Look what happened to Erap, na convict a plunderer ngem mabalin na met latta iti komandidato. Na pardon ket ni maysa a kondisyon ket saan nan ti mabalin iti tumaray ngem di met natungpal dayta nga kondisyon. Gistayen pay ket nangabak iti pagka presidente. However, this time I would rather have him as the mayor of Manila instead of Lim. Awan met gamin iti pagpilian. Awan met iti naaramid ni Lim a nasiyaat para ti Manila. Dimmugyot ketdi. Manila became a dump. Manila was a lot cleaner under Atienza." on Thu, Apr 25 2013
