Divisions: Boys and Girls ages 0 - 7 years old only

Dates:

Photos will be accepted thru March 22, 2013
Photos will be posted online as they are received
Winner announced March 24, 2013

Titles/Awards:

1 Hair, 1 Eyes, 1 Smile - each will receive a Custom Sash

Entry/Fees:

$1 per title entered per photo (Unlimited Entries) --
