I totally fell for Hamilton and I saw it many times over. I saw the movie, the miniseries has not been played here in Belgium (at least not during this time that I've lived here). I borrowed a copy from a friend of mine in Finland, so I saw it in original language. That is one of the most interesting parts of the movie anyway, the characters all speaking their own languages, and I really can't stand dubbing.

I can't use the local video rental, since all the VHS cassettes are dubbed in French / Dutch. I rent occasionally DVD's but their selection is not very big. The DVD's often have forced subtitles in either language, that can't be taken off, which is also annoying but not as bad as hearing the movie dubbed in other language.

The H & M ads have already been replaced by some other ads, they only stay in view for about 2 weeks here which is a really short time. I was considering briefly about sneaking into a parking hall of a supermarket during the night and grabbing one Peter poster for myself, but didn't do that. What a chicken I was, didn't have the nerve. Oh well, they are all gone now.

I've only seen Hamilton DVD for sale in amazon.de and I think it seems oddly short... I'm afraid they have cut it really bad. Does anybody here have experiences about that particular disc, or do you have any other sites where I could mail order it? Nobody has even heard about it here, so it is useless for me to try and find it in sale in the local shops.

Hi Derime
I guess by now you probably know that Hamilton DVD exists. Here in my hometown Oestersund in Sweden we have it for sale. It is really nice to whatch the bonus record. So much pleasant material. I hope you can manage to find it where you live - if not send me a mail.

best regards
