not sure what "IN" is, but yes, RN can practice anywhere as long as the IPN "Intervention Project for Nurses" case manager is aware you are on it. They will probably require you to go through an evaluation by an addiction specialist MD and if you are honest and forthcoming with him about your past and your recovery, he will (most of the time) approve you to practice while on Suboxone. Takes anywhere from 6 weeks to 12 weeks to complete this process and for IPN TO receive the MD's dictation, but then they will okay you to work after issuing your IPN contract or revising a current contract. Then, as long as an psychiatrist or MD is monitoring you regularly, there is NO time limit to how long you can take Suboxone. Some people take it for years. And, what's the harm, if it helps you remain clean and sobor. It has an off-label anti-depressive effect for some people as well. Good luck.
