This is an ethical decision. I can only tell you that I was very angry with the nurse that reported me to my employer. After being in recovery for a while I realized that by her having knowledge of my using and not reporting me...she was putting her license in jeopardy. That's just my opinion and maybe others here may have further suggestions.
