I really don't care if you don't want to eat meat, that's your choice, but I really can't stand pretentious little shits like you who come along with your self-righteous attitudes trying to claim that I'm some sort of monster for having a goddamn cheeseburger. You really think you're going to affect anyone with your gross-out tactics and your guilt trips about how animals are grown for slaughter and the meat is tainted? How is that any different from the inhumane treatment of illegal immigrants who harvest a good portion of your "humane" diet, or the unsanitary conditions in which it is processed? For every story about tainted meat products there's is one about tainted vegetables, for instance this story about a lizard head that produce inspectors missed turning up in someone's salad http://www.press-citizen.com/news/051003lizard.htm . I really wish people like you would shut the hell up. Of course I'm not going to eat my dog, I like my dog. I have no emotional attachment, however, to my ham sandwich. You want to put animals on the same plane as humans morally? What's next, vehicular manslaughter charges for running over a squirrel? How dare you equate my delicous beef jerky with homicide, as if human beings haven't been eating animals for thousands of years. You'd think by reading what you've written that meat consumption is the greatest evil to face our society since Hitler. Give me a break, take your crusade somewhere else.
