Nerilki slurped up a spoonful of stew, then almost cursed when the still hot stew nearly scalded her tongue. Though she loved meaty stews, this was ridiculous! She tore off a corner of bread to soak in the stew.

Darlith, is yours always like this? I'd like Neri to make a few more friends. Avianyth snapped at little Knightess, who was trying to settle between her eyeridges to sleep. Pesky little reptiles.
