I don't believe you have to be narrow minded and only support women. I do believe you have to be open minded and recognize the natural ability and yes superiority of our gender. In terms of learning a certain knowledge base and in cognitive abilities, males can compete with females quite well. However in understanding human relationships, the complexity of organizations and empathy, a female candidate will be superior most of the time. In some jobs you may want a more robotic performer of tasks and males can fulfill these roles quite well. However if you want an actual leader who understands the complexity of human relationships, a female is clearly your best bet.
And yes I do agree with Rhonae, so please remove your pants and underwear so that I may school you in your lesson!
