 Most women are disgusted by the idea of males masturbating. Some women even put chastity belts on their husbands or boyfriend for this purpose, which also has the advantage of being assured that he is not having affairs behind her back.
Some mothers and women also use these chastity belts on teenage boys under their care to stop what they see as a bad and dirty habit.
I read that these chastity belts were also used in the past in boys institutions when masturbation was considered as a grave sin.
There are modern male chastity belts which are advertised on the Internet, so it seems that there are still women who believe in them to keep their men and boys chaste. They could also be used as a form of punishment.
