Limiting males in such a manner would have to assume that a female dominant world would be a better place to live. Otherwise males would not be smart enough to avoid/evade undue exploitation, including being sent off as cannon fodder for wars for the material gain of others. I see no evidence that females are any more enlightened when they are empowered to influence the public interest.

So its far better to allow those who wish to serve females and limit their education to do so in a non-institutionalized way.
