 I certainly won't allow any such idea to enter his head and I am sure it has not. He is being trained to know his place in the scheme of things. There is no faking his responses, he genuinely is dreading the next session, he trembles, he blushes dark red, sweat glistens on his face, his chest goes up and down. Nicola is by contrast totally at ease and in control which really helps to drive the message home.
