Ken is one yr older than I am so it was gratifying to see him bared and spanked and his embarrassment at me watching him kicking and crying was obvious. So when he got spanked out side in front of others besides me his shame factor was very high! Especially in his young teens....Mostly at family pool parties, in front of Aunts/Uncles/cousins he would beg to keep his swim trunks up but always got spanked bare.
