It makes one wonder just how active the female dominant community actually is apart from moms spanking their children on the various spanking sites. That is, on those sites there is typically a disciplinary reason for doing so and the sexual aspects associated with full or complete nudity of the miscreant that is typically part of the process is seldom acknowledged. One other site is the Dommy Mommy club but its content is primarily fantasy and wish fulfillment for those that wish to have a boy to strip and whip on a whim and so seldom delves into the reality of controlling tweens and teens.
