I'm always glad to see new posters here, but I gotta say I don't understand your post.
>Years ago, it was the norm that most
>states did not have a single murder in any given year.
This sounds unlikely at best. Can you please cite a reference?
>When corporal punishment was widely banished, the dam
What figurative dam? What evil resulted? Please explain. (Syntactical note: You mean "widely banned." You banish a person, you ban a practice.)
>Boys used to be continuously subject to
>spanking by teachers, by parents or guardians, by
>caregivers. Society was at peace. Then they were "set
Set free to do what? As far as I can tell, you mean free to murder, but I question whether that's what you mean. What do you mean?
I wasn't spanked as a child or teen and I'm no murderer.
I don't intend to put you down, johnny. Instead, I'm inviting you to write more and make yourself understood.
